Hobbico Expanded Scale Voltmeter MKII

This Expanded Scale Voltmeter Tests Batteries using a Simulated Servo Load for Precise, Accurate Readings.

This is used for Testing ONLY Transmitter and Receiver Batteries!

It CANNOT be used to Test Capacity or Voltage in Glow Plug Nicads or other Field Batteries Below 4V!

Features:

• Now also checks 5-cell packs, as well as the 4- and 8-cell packs.
• Approximately 30% smaller and lighter than almost every other Expanded Scale Voltmeter on the market. Fits easily into a pocket or any Field Box.
• Simulated Load on Transmitter side is 250mA
• Simulated Load on Receiver side is 225 to 275mA
• Meter backplate includes mirrored alignment area allowing for the perfect viewing angle for accurate readings. Meter also includes three scales for each pack type, plus dual indicators for each.
• Red and Green colored scales to note dangerous or safe voltages.
• Monitors 9.6V Transmitter, 4.8V, and now 6.0V Receiver Pack
• You can keep track of the batteries' Discharge Characteristics
• Accepts Banana Plug Connectors

Comments: The modeler may also Purchase the Following Pre-Made Rx and Tx connectors, however, it CAN NOT Test Diode-Protected Tx Batteries  through the Radio Charge Jack. The battery must be removed from the transmitter to get an accurate reading.

Modelers can make their own connectors by purchasing one HCAP0310 Banana Plugs, One ASCC4181-16 Gauge Wire and their Radio Connector.

For the older Futaba radios with "G" plugs, the customer will need to purchase One FUTM4210-Rx Charge Cord and One HCAP0310.
