This is the small Hobbico 2-In-1 Wire Cutter and Stripper.

Features:

• One end is a traditional wire cutter, the opposite end is a spring action in-handle wire stripper
• For use on soft copper (electronic) wire
• Stripper self-adjusts to 26 AWG - 14 AWG wire sizes-no stripping holes to locate
• Holds and strips wire in one quick motion
• Cutting head is full-flush cutting and low-profile with stainless steel induction hardened jaws
