AeroMicro may amend its policies from
time to time and reserves the right to do so at anytime. All
prices and product description are subject to change without notice.
We're not responsible for typographic errors.
Shipping
AeroMicro ship most of orders via USPS Priority Mail for
$6.45 to U. S. within 1 business day
after receiving orders for all in stock items. USPS Priority
Mail are delivered in an average of 2-3 days. Depending on your
local post office, shipments might take more than 3 days. For
orders that qualify free freight, we will ship by USPS Priority Mail
or UPS. For over-weight (more than 70 pounds) and over-size
(more than 108 inches in combined length and girth) items, AeroMicro will ship via either UPS or FedEx and charge actual shipping
and add the difference to the invoice. AeroMicro does NOT ship
international orders.
Payment
AeroMicro takes VISA and MasterCard
as well as PayPal. You can select the payment method during the
Checkout process.

AeroMicro uses VeriSign certified
secure shopping cart. You can verified that by clicking view cart,
then "right click" anywhere on the page, select "properties" and then
select "Certificate" to see that.
Return Merchandise
Authorization (RMA)
All returns must be authorized via
email to service@aeromicro.com
within 10 days upon receiving with a valid AeroMicro invoice number. A
RMA number will be issued back with return instructions within one to
three business days.
- All returns without a RMA number
will be rejected by our receiving department.
- All returns are freight pre-paid
and securely packaged by customers.
- All returns are subject to a
15% restocking fee for all un-open and un-used merchandise in
resalable condition unless the item is Dead On Arrival (DOA).
- The original shipping charge is
not refundable.
- All defective
Castle Creations,
GWS,
Hitec, or
Thunderpower
products must be returned to the manufacturers.
- All sales are final for
batteries, ESC, motors and servos.
AeroMicro will try its best to
replace all returns subject to the product availability. If a returned
item is no longer available, AeroMicro will replace that with an
equivalent or higher value product. AeroMicro accepts no
responsibility for crash damage and improper installation of purchased
