"MOOgallo"

by Ron Fikes at srfikes@earthlink.net

Ron Fikes from Palo Alto, California with his MOOgallo at a flying site in Rancho San Antonio Park, California.

The MOOgallo, a tiny Rogallo wing designed by Ron Fikes, is easy to build and just the aircraft for you backyard.

"I tried another version of this design, but with a geared 280 and a three bladed prop - Terrible! It glides well but when you slowly advance power, it snap-rolls into the dirt. The original has lots of right thrust but I don't think there is enough right thrust in the world to correct this - back to a small, direct drive motor. I do have plans done for the MOOgallo, $6.00 including postage in the US."
